About The Role
Maintenance Manager, Malmaison. Rate of Pay Type of Contract - 45 hours. Location - Liverpool.
You will take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities and the management of the maintenance team to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and guest expectations are met during their stay.
You will allocate responsibilities to the team, complete the daily jobs list and preventative maintenance schedules with attention to detail and a passion for fixing things. You must meet time deadlines, liaise with contractors and take responsibility for health and safety on the property. You must be organized, an excellent communicator, and a hands-on manager with strong attention to detail. Experience in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required; knowledge of electrics and health and safety are beneficial. Computer literacy is also key for compliance and audit processes.
