Job summary

Technikraft in Goole is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a full-time, on-site role. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, plan and coordinate activities, and ensure equipment reliability and safe plant performance.

You will lead a safety-first culture, drive improvements in uptime and productivity, manage budgets and spares, and mentor engineering teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Maintenance Management and Supervisory Skills.
• Hands-on Equipment Maintenance and Repair capabilities for production machinery and facility systems.
• Engineering qualification (Degree, HND or equivalent).
• Significant maintenance or engineering leadership experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar industrial environment.
• A proven track record of improving reliability, uptime and operational performance.
• Experience with maintenance documentation, work order systems, and basic maintenance-related data analysis.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, safe working practices, and compliance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in chemical, manufacturing, or process industry environments is advantageous.

Role Description

The Maintenance Manager role at Technikraft is a full-time, on-site position based in Goole. The Maintenance Manager oversees daily maintenance operations, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and safe plant performance.
