Responsibilities

• Ensure all facilities meet statutory and contract compliance requirements
• Analyse and optimise energy consumption and green energy system performance
• Manage and deliver planned preventative maintenance and capital projects
• Maintain and improve the Energy Management System in line with ISO
• Lead coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor, report, and act on energy usage data via systems like SystemsLink and IMServ

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager
• Strong understanding of building regulations, health and safety, and electro‑mechanical systems
• Knowledge of HVAC, BMS control systems, and maintenance strategies like SFG
• Experience with ISO, energy audits, and sustainability initiatives
• Relevant technical qualifications in building maintenance or energy systems
