Salary £35,469.72

Schedule Mon to Fri, 8 to 4:30. Some weekend availability when needed

Overview

Lead the maintenance function while staying hands on. You will manage compliance, plan work, and support the team to deliver a safe and efficient operation.

Requirements

• Five years maintenance experience with at least two years in a lead or supervisory role
• Background in hotels, student accommodation, or property maintenance
• No formal qualifications required
• Strong H and S knowledge and confident with paperwork and audits
• Able to coach, allocate work, and liaise with stakeholders

Duties

• Plan and deliver PPMs, manage reactive tasks, and close out actions
• Carry out basic plumbing, carpentry, and simple electrical tasks
• Oversee BMS and HVAC checks, ensure logs and records are accurate
• Ensure statutory compliance and complete weekly and monthly checks
• Coordinate contractors and manage small works
