A hospitality group in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee property maintenance. The role includes leading a maintenance team, developing preventive maintenance plans, and managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. As our Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of property maintenance across our collection, ensuring our facilities, equipment, and grounds are kept in excellent condition through a balance of proactive and reactive strategies.
You'll lead a small but skilled team of maintenance professionals, manage key contractors, and work closely with our Operations and Property teams to plan, deliver, and report on maintenance activity across the business.
This is a varied, fast-paced role that combines technical know-how with strong leadership and organisational skills - ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and taking pride in keeping great places in great shape.
