How You'll Contribute

• Manage a team providing 24/7 maintenance for a CNC machine shop
• Ensure timely completion of PPM and support operational needs
• Enhance asset uptime and reliability through tactical and strategic activities
• Promote a strong HSE culture and meet all safety requirements
• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to deliver first-time quality components
• Analyze data to support continuous improvement
• Manage the maintenance budget to maximize value
• Oversee contractors and ensure service delivery meets expectations
• Plan and manage maintenance and overhauls
• Drive TPM initiatives
