Location: Bedfordshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am5pm (Days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-skilled team of Engineers
• Manage and oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Control engineering budgets and lead site CAPEX projects
• Champion continuous improvement and deliver OEE gains
• Uphold site Health & Safety compliance and engineering standards
• Provide hands-on support when required, balancing strategic goals
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to enhance site performance
• Previous experience as a Maintenance or Engineering Manager within manufacturing
• Electrical bias and strong knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi)
• Proven ability to deliver CAPEX projects and manage budgets
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record in team and stakeholder development
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume sectors such as FMCG or industrial manufacturing
• £65,000 base salary
