  • Handle incoming maintenance service requests via phone, email, or internal systems.

  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to assign and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and generate reports as needed.
  • Support the team in identifying recurring issues and proposing potential solutions.

  • Assist in general administrative tasks related to the helpdesk function.
