Job description

We are looking for a Maintenance Handyperson who can work as part of a team to help repair, fix and maintain our properties across Nottingham and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out repairs and general maintenance
• Preventative planned maintenance
• Reactive maintenance repairs
• Tasks range from simple building maintenance and joinery to plumbing, painting, and gardening.

You will have a broad range of practical skills and be that person everyone turns to when something breaks! You'll love DIY, being active and completing practical tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence – required to travel across our portfolio of properties.
• Availability for training to acquire skills in plumbing, plastering and general maintenance.
