Maintenance Handyperson

My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance handyperson based in SE1 for a year's contract. You will have a proven background in commercial maintenance.

Sector : Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include painting and small decoration, changing lamps and lights, escortingsub-contractors, fire alarmtests,basic plumbing,temptaps tests, and maintenance duties,

Salary is up to 35K with company benefits and overtime.

Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
