Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for one of our care homes. You’ll help keep the building and grounds safe, clean, and welcoming, supporting residents and staff with practical tasks throughout the day.

The role offers variety and a chance to develop skills through training. You’ll work on a range of maintenance jobs to ensure the home always presents a high standard of comfort and safety for residents and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
• A patient, caring nature and genuine interest in residents.
• Reliable and able to tackle a range of tasks to keep the home maintained.

Responsibilities
