A facilities management firm in Northrepps is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Assistant. This full-time role involves providing maintenance services at Cromer Hospital and ensuring a clean, safe environment for staff and patients. Our Norse TFM division are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Assistant to join our FM team on a permanent, full‑time basis. In this role, you will provide a high‑quality maintenance service to a wide range of NHS properties at Cromer Hospital whilst supporting properties in the surrounding area. You will be responsible for providing an effective caretaking service, ensuring that the environment is kept maintained, clean and hazard free. This involves providing comprehensive Caretaking, Portering, Maintenance, Cleaning and Security service to promote the smooth running of the hospital for users and patients.
Take part in a rolling rota – 4 on 6 off 12‑hour shifts, 08:00–20:00. 40 hours per week, 12 hours 4 on 6 off (2 day 2 night).
