You will support the development of both apprentice and experienced engineers, ensuring they possess the skills for a fast-paced production environment. Working within this world‑class academy as a maintenance engineer trainer, you will support the growth and development of both apprentice and experienced maintenance engineers. The academy delivers training aligned to the needs of all five manufacturing shops—Press, Body, Paint, Plastics, and Assembly—ensuring engineers are equipped with the technical capability, mindset, and confidence required to support a highly automated, fast‑paced production environment.
