Overview

Maintenance Engineer with hands on experience. Joining one of our very well established clients, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, including mechanical and electrical. This role therefore demands a strong electrical and mechanical background and the ability to work with various systems and technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Carrying out electrical installations.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall maintenance processes and improve efficiency.
  • Experience of press and injections moulding machines highly advantageous.
Qualifications
  • Previous diagnostic and maintenance experience
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3
  • Ability to work to 18th edition wiring regs
  • Team player

  • Full time – 36 hours per week – split shift
