Maintenance Engineer / Shift Engineer (Train into Multiskilled)

£45,000 - £52,500 plus overtime, training, bonus, and benefits. Site based – commutable from Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Gravesend, Snodland, Dartford, Maidstone, Sittingbourne and surrounding areas.

Shift pattern: 4-on-4-off, early and late rotations.

Role Overview

We are looking to add a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to a long‑standing market‑leading FMCG provider. The role will focus on reactive and preventative maintenance of FMCG equipment with a bias towards electrical works.

Responsibilities

• Reactive and preventative maintenance of FMCG equipment.
• Assisting with installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Work within a 4-on-4-off shift pattern, early and late shifts rotating.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
• Electrical bias.
• Full UK driver’s licence.
