Greencore is seeking a Maintenance Engineer at their Spalding site. You will manage day-to-day maintenance tasks, carry out fault finding and planned maintenance to support high productivity across manufacturing lines.

You will work nights on a 3/2 or 2/3 rotation, ensuring safety standards and audit-ready documentation are upheld while collaborating closely with operations teams to prioritise activities.

Formación

• Experience as a maintenance engineer in manufacturing.
• Experience with fault finding and root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Complete fault finding, planned and preventative maintenance on plant and equipment to maximise equipment reliability and performance.
• Maintain ongoing communications with the operations team to keep them informed of engineering activities and schedules.
• Respond to internal customer needs to maximise production uptime according to priorities.
• Record stock removed from the Engineering stores to ensure accurate stock control.
• Complete all necessary documentation to keep it audit-ready.
• Identify opportunities for improvements to promote Health and Safety and operational efficiency.
