Job summary

A leading engineering firm in London is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with Level 3 Plumbing/Mechanical experience. This full-time position involves planned maintenance across various mechanical systems, with duties from Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification and strong communication skills. Participation in the on-call rota is required once familiar with the site.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in a Plumbing/Mechanical discipline.
• Strong understanding of building services maintenance.
• Proactive problem-solver with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Conduct maintenance and servicing for AHUs and FCUs.
• Inspect and maintain calorifiers and TMVs.
