Responsibilities
  • Implement planned preventive maintenance, overhauls and planned shutdown works within strict budgets
  • Oversee maintenance sub‑contractors
  • Plan, organise and supervise all maintenance work required on site(s)
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health & safety legislation
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdown situations
  • Maintain record keeping of maintenance and audit information
  • Stock control
Qualifications

Essential:

  • Experience as an electrical engineer
  • City & Guilds in Engineering or equivalent formal qualification in electrical maintenance
  • Background in processing, manufacturing or production industry
  • Experience with hydraulics
  • Knowledge & experience of working with mobile plant

Desirable:

  • Background and training in both Mechanical and Electrical engineering
  • Full driving licence – travel to other sites may be required
