Job Description
What You’ll Do:
  • Ensure the mechanical and electrical integrity of plant equipment through planned maintenance, repairs, and fault‑finding.
  • Monitor and improve plant performance while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contractors, acting as a champion for engineering excellence.
  • Complete essential documentation and communicate effectively during shift hand‑overs.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A time‑served engineering qualification with expertise in electrical, PLCs, mechanical, hydraulic, and steam systems.
  • Electrical qualifications, 18th edition not essential.
  • Experience in FMCG manufacturing environments.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
