What You’ll Be Doing
  • Carrying out first‑fix reactive maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging machinery
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults quickly and efficiently
  • Minimising downtime and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects and proactive maintenance strategies
  • Working collaboratively with the wider engineering and production teams
Shift Pattern
  • 4 on / 4 off rotational shifts (2 days, 2 nights) – giving you a healthy work‑life balance and regular time off
What You Need
  • Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer
  • An appropriate Engineering qualification
  • Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety
  • Ideally you will have worked in food manufacturing or FMCG production environments previously, however this is not absolutely necessary
  • Preferably multi‑skilled (mechanical/electrical)
  • PLC experience would be a bonus
