Job summary

Innova Search are recruiting for an Engineer to join a high-volume manufacturing operation in Wrexham. The role covers a 70% mechanical and 30% electrical split, with 12-hour days and nights and a 4 on 4 off pattern. You will support production equipment to remain reliable and operational.

We are seeking an experienced engineer with a strong practical background, capable of fault-finding on automated machinery and contributing to improvements in equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background.
• Experience fault-finding on industrial or automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support across the manufacturing operation.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Support the reliable operation of production machinery and equipment.
• Carry out planned and reactive engineering activities.
• Identify faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Work with automated machinery and production systems.
• Follow site Health & Safety procedures and engineering standards.
• Complete relevant engineering documentation and records.
