Job summary

Catering in Swadlincote is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to maintain and improve automated production lines in a state-of-the-art facility. You will perform fault-finding, breakdown response and planned maintenance to keep downtime to a minimum.

The role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, permanent contract and a salary of £58,000 with a 10% pension. Applicants should be apprentice-trained with NVQ Level 3 and have hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Apprentice Trained / NVQ Level 3 in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Fault-finding and breakdown response on production machinery.
• Plan and perform maintenance to minimise downtime.
