MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

We’re now looking for an Engineer who shares that obsession with quality and wants to help keep our production buzzing. Based at our factory in Newtown, you’ll play a key role in keeping our machinery running as smoothly as our honey flows — carrying out maintenance, tackling breakdowns, and driving continuous improvements. From preventative maintenance to problem‑solving on the line, your work will help us take the Honey category up a notch.

We’re after someone with:
  • Experience in engineering within a manufacturing or food production environment
  • Proficiency with engineering schematics, both electrical and mechanical
  • A time‑served apprenticeship in mechanical maintenance and basic electrical knowledge or qualification
  • A methodical approach to working with impeccable record‑keeping
  • Knowledge of power tools, welding equipment, and precision instruments
  • Computer literacy
  • A solid understanding of food manufacturing requirements
  • Keen attention to detail and pride in doing things right
