Job description

We’re seeking a Multi‑Skilled Engineer to oversee engineering operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising production machinery, driving efficiency improvements, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Salary : £40,000

Shift : Mon - Fri (Double days)

Key Responsibilities :

Maintenance, servicing, and inspections of production and service plant equipment.

Support new installations, upgrades, and process improvements.

Deliver reactive and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.

Ensure strict compliance with GMP and safety standards.

About You :

Electrically qualified (apprenticeship, ONC, City & Guilds, or 17th / 18th Edition)

Background in food manufacturing preferred, but open to other sectors.

Confident communicator with strong teamwork skills.
