Key Responsibilities:
Ensure continuous customer operations by proactively preventing equipment-related disruptions.
Conduct systems analysis across multiple platforms, including Siemens S7 PLCs, Profibus, ASi-Bus, and Ether CAT networks; perform detailed log analysis on sorter controllers.
Execute a wide range of electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, applying analytical troubleshooting skills in both planned and reactive environments.
Complete all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities within scheduled timeframes, maintaining high-quality standards.
Diagnose and resolve complex faults, while monitoring system performance to ensure long-term reliability.
Perform PLC backup and restoration processes to safeguard critical system configurations.
Produce clear, concise, and detailed technical reports and documentation.
Monitor sorter operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives in line with customer requirements.
Collaborate with on-site BEUMER Group Customer Support colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assist with project execution and facility management tasks as needed.
Provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and operational efficiency.
