This position operates on a PANAMA shift pattern, offering a competitive salary of up to £49,200.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role such as multi skilled engineer or maintenance technician.
  • Practical experience in fast-paced manufacturing or food production environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Maintenance Engineer - FMCG

Location - South Lincolnshire

Shift Pattern - PANAMA Days

Henderson Brown is delighted to partnering with an FMCG Manufacturer in South Lincolnshire, who are recruiting for a Multi-skilled Engineer to join their team. A genuine opportunity to be part of a close-knit team, you will be an expert in Electrical and Mechanical maintenance, working on a PANAMA style shift pattern.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks and machinery improvements
  • Identify and resolve faults using root cause analysis
  • Support engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote a proactive PPM culture
  • Assist in machine setup with operations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Communicate with stores and teams to maintain smooth operations
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 / BTEC Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in a similar role (such as multi skilled engineer, electrical maintenance engineer, shift engineer, shift technician, maintenance technician)
  • Practical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment
  • Good understanding of PPM systems and maintenance best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Familiarity with PLC systems and control panels
