Salary: £40,458.01 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (Occasional weekend work)

Location: Portsmouth, PO3 5QH

What you'll be doing;


  • Implement planned preventative maintenance, overhauls and planned shutdown works within strict budgets
  • Oversee maintenance sub contractors
  • Plan, organise and supervise all maintenance work required on site(s)
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health & safety legislation
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdown situations
  • Record keeping of maintenance and audit information
  • Stock control



What we're looking for;

Essential:

  • Time served as an electrical engineer
  • City and Guilds in Engineering plus formal qualification in electrical maintenance
  • Processing, manufacturing, production industry background
  • Experience of hydraulics
  • Knowledge & experience of working with mobile plant



Desirable:

  • Background and training in both Mechanical and Electrical engineering
  • Full driving licence - travel to other sites may be required
