We're a well-established manufacturing business based in Nantwich, now looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer who wants stability, ongoing training, and long-term career progression.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll work across a range of production machinery, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance tasks while becoming a key part of a supportive multi-skilled team.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across production equipment
• Respond quickly to reactive breakdowns to minimise downtime
• Fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Work safely, following site procedures and engineering standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills
• Ability to fault-find under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ, HNC, or similar) preferred
