Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Mold
Salary: Up to £48,000 package

Shift Pattern

• Rotating shifts: 6am–3pm / 1pm–10pm (40‑hour week)
• Early Friday finish (6am–12pm / 12pm–6pm)

The Role

As the site’s dedicated Maintenance Engineer, you’ll take ownership of both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime across a wide range of equipment. You’ll be the key escalation point for technical issues, bringing your electrical bias and mechanical know‑how to keep production running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Electrical bias (open to 60/40 split).
• Experience maintaining plastic injection moulding machinery or similar industrial equipment.
• Skilled in PLC programming and fault‑finding.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and some facilities support.
• Ideally 5 years’ post‑qualification experience (or QBE).
