Maintenance Engineer - Midhurst

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexibility between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm)

Location: Midhurst (Occasional Saturday mornings may be required)

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment. Your duties will include:

  • Performing scheduled maintenance and fault diagnosis
  • Installing new machinery and equipment
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance

What We're Looking For
  • Trade-tested in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
  • Computer literate and fluent in English
  • Hands‑on experience with welding, pipework, and spare parts inventory
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • A proactive, detail-focused team player with excellent communication skills
Desirable
  • Health & Safety qualification
  • LEAN Six Sigma knowledge
  • First Aid certification
  • Experience in facilities maintenance
