Electrical Maintenance Technician

Salary: £33,000 per annum

Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:30-15:30

Location: Tamworth

About the Role

We're seeking a proactive Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our Business Maintenance Team. You'll carry out planned and unplanned maintenance to ensure production remains fully operational, working safely and efficiently to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems to meet national safety standards.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer manuals.
• Complete work orders and record materials used.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance using testing equipment.

Skills & Experience

• Electrical qualification (17th/18th Edition essential).
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent fault-finding and preventative maintenance skills.
• Good IT literacy and attention to detail.
• Positive, hands‑on approach with strong teamwork and communication skills.
