Are you hands‑on, proactive, and passionate about engineering? We’re on the hunt for a Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team and keep our electrical and mechanical systems running smoothly.

Whether you’re electrically biased or mechanically minded with electrical experience – we want to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

• Tackling breakdowns, fault‑finding, and supporting exciting investment projects
• Owning equipment areas and driving factory improvements
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams from design to commissioning

What we’re looking for:

• Electrical installation or maintenance experience
• Automated machinery know‑how
• Bonus skills: TIG welding, refrigeration (Cat 1 F‑Gas), general building maintenance

The package:

• £40k–£45k DOE
• 42.5 hrs/week, Mon–Fri + occasional Saturdays
• 1.5× overtime
• 6% company pension contribution
• Salary‑sacrifice scheme
• Annual 10% bonus (based on company performance)
• 30 days holiday
