Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in the Johnstone/ Glasgow area. The role offers a salary of £46,000–£48,000 with training, progression and excellent company benefits.

You will maintain production equipment, perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs, and help improve equipment performance. Ideal candidates have manufacturing or FMCG experience and are comfortable with a three-shift pattern.

Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to join a market-leading manufacturer offering long-term job security, ongoing training, and genuine progression opportunities?

The company are a well-established manufacturer who continue to invest heavily in both their facilities and engineering team. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an additional Maintenance Engineer to strengthen their skilled maintenance department.

You'll be responsible for maintaining a wide range of production equipment, carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs to maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime. You'll also play a key role in improving equipment performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

This role would suit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing, production, FMCG or industrial background looking for a stable long-term position with excellent potential for career development.
