Job description

Multi Skilled Engineer

Location: Huntingdon

Shifts: Double Days with Early Friday Finish

We are partnering with a highly respected, internationally recognised manufacturer to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias for their advanced production facility in Huntingdon.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimise and repair a wide range of equipment across electrical and mechanical systems
• PLC Troubleshooting
• Contributing to both scheduled maintenance and immediate breakdown response
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive machine reliability and performance
• Contribute to installation and commissioning of new equipment for the site

Requirements

• A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, such as (NVQ, BTEC)
• An 18th edition qualification
• Experience in a similar role such as (multi skilled maintenance engineer, shift engineer, shift technician, engineering technician, maintenance technician, or electrical maintenance engineer)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands‐on approach
