What you'll need

• A recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills
• Experience in food, FMCG or a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• PLC fault-finding and software experience (bonus points for programming knowledge)
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
