A leading manufacturer in electrical solutions is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Greets Green. This role involves supporting equipment operation, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring production reliability. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 Electrical/Mechanical qualifications and experience in fault diagnosis across electrical and mechanical systems. The position offers £18.20 per hour plus shift allowance and additional benefits, including paid annual leave and training opportunities.

The maintenance engineer will be responsible for continuous operation of equipment and machinery, responding to breakdowns and completing planned maintenance. This role is vital to the efficiency, development, and progress of manufacturing and processing industries. Working with other professionals, the maintenance engineer will support improvement of production facilities and new installations, reduce costly breakdowns, and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel, and production processes.
39 hours per week with a 2‑week rotating shift pattern (may vary).
Week 1 – Monday – Thursday 6 am - 2 pm & Friday 6 am - 1 pm
Week 2 – Monday – Thursday 2 pm - 10 pm & Friday 1 pm - 8 pm
£18.20 per hour and 22% shift allowance.
