Plaistow, London

Salary: Between £48,000 - £60,000 Per Annum (Including Shift Allowance) - (Depending On Shift Pattern)

Shift Options: 3-Shift Pattern, Continental Shifts or Regular Days

Our Client are hiring Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to work across a large, well-structured site in Plaistow. With over 40 engineers on-site and access to progression and training opportunities, this is an ideal role for engineers with a strong background in heavy industry, FMCG, or food production.

🔧 Role Overview

You'll be working on a wide range of equipment including:

• Conveyors, Belts, Bearings
• Labellers, Weighers
• Sensors, Relays, Drives
• PLC Fault Finding (not programming)
• PPM & Reactive Maintenance

Shift Options

• Option 1 - 3-Shift Rotation
  • Mornings: 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • Afternoons: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
  • Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am
• Option 2 - Continental Shifts (Contis)
  • 4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts, Days & Nights
• Option 3 - Regular Days
  • 7am - 3pm - Monday - Friday

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 OR Similar In Engineering Discipline (Essential)
• Strong fault‑finding & mechanical/electrical skills
• Background in heavy industry, FMCG or food sectors
• Ability to work independently or within a team
• Adaptable to both refinery and packing areas (training provided for packing)

• Basic Salary: £47,900
• Shift Allowance/O.T.: +24.3%
• Total Package: £59,000
