Maintenance Engineer, Glasgow - Perm - £32,000 per annum

An experienced Facilities Assistant is required to join a leading FM (Facilities Management) company based in Blantyre, supporting operations at Silverburn. You'll work as part of an on-site facilities team, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance to ensure the premises remain safe, functional, and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and general building maintenance tasks.
  • Perform minor plumbing repairs, addressing leaks, blockages, and similar issues.
  • Handle fabric maintenance including painting, joinery, and basic repair work.
  • Carry out water hygiene duties — temperature monitoring, TMV servicing, and outlet flushing.
  • Provide excellent customer service, liaising with clients, staff, and the public.
