Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy in the UK is seeking a Maintenance Shift Engineer to maintain high-speed automated material handling equipment and drive efficiency on-site. The ideal candidate has a ONC/HNC/BTEC in Engineering and experience in automated systems. This full-time permanent role offers a starting salary of £45,136, increasing to £47,500 after probation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair high-speed automated material handling equipment.
  • Deliver planned preventative maintenance & fault rectification.
  • Track all work through the CMMS system.
  • Drive continuous improvement across site operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

What You'll Do
  • Maintaining and repairing high-speed automated material handling equipment.
  • Delivering top-notch planned preventative maintenance & fault rectification.
  • Keeping track of all work through our CMMS system.

Communicating effectively with teams & customers to keep everything running smoothly.

What We're Looking For
