A recruitment agency is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in the United Kingdom. This role involves conducting mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, planned maintenance, and responding to breakdowns. Ideal candidates should have an engineering apprenticeship or qualifications and strong troubleshooting skills. The position offers a salary of £39,000 to £43,000 per annum, with options for different shift patterns such as rotating days and nights or a permanent night shift.

Salary: £39,000 to £43,000 per annum, plus benefits, further training and career opportunities
Hours: 12 hour shifts, rotation of days & nights OR a permanent night shift is also an option for those who may prefer this.
Location: Commutable from Southampton, Havant, Portsmouth, Eastleigh, Winchester, Fareham and surrounding areas
Working under the direction of the senior engineer, this Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will provide their efforts to complete allocated mechanical & electrical maintenance tasks and projects, ensuring quality and completion of the tasks are delivered within the agreed timescales.
Responsibilities include undertaking planned maintenance, reacting to breakdowns, delivering equipment upgrades, new installations and infrastructure changes, together with building maintenance as & when required.
This is a multi-skilled environment, however either bias is acceptable with help and support provided for the Maintenance Engineer to improve the lesser discipline.
