Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our Total Facilities Management team within the Swindon Schools PFI contract. In this role, you will take ownership of maintaining and keeping in good repair the building's electrical and mechanical systems along with heating systems, AHU's and associated components, You'll play a key role in keeping essential services running smoothly, creating safe and efficient environments ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Our Total Facilities Management team delivers integrated asset management and maintenance services across education, leisure, corporate, health and residential sectors. We focus on keeping facilities running smoothly, safely, and efficiently - helping our clients create spaces that work for everyone.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building services and facilities engineering, supported by strong technical knowledge and relevant certifications. You'll be confident in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance, supervising contractors ensuring strict compliance with health and safety standards. A proactive problem-solver with exceptional organisational skills, you'll thrive under pressure and work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
The rotating shift pattern is 7am to 3pm, 12pm to 10pm and during school holidays will be 8am to 4pm. A full UK driving licence is essential as a company van will be provided. Due to the nature of this role, an enhanced DBS check will be required.
