Job description

We are currently seeking a number of Maintenance Engineers to join our clients established engineering team in Leicester.

You'll be responsible for ensuring minimal downtime across all production equipment, responding swiftly to breakdowns and carrying out planned maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reactive maintenance and breakdown response on machinery

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

• Fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems

• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operation

• Maintain accurate maintenance records

Requirements:

• Engineer with relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, or equivalent)

• Strong experience in an FMCG, food, or similar fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Confident with mechanical and electrical fault finding

• Ability to work independently.
