A leading manufacturing company in Corby is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team. This role involves maintaining and repairing automated plant machinery, providing technical support, and completing planned preventive maintenance. Ideal candidates will have relevant electrical certifications and experience in a manufacturing environment. Competitive salary up to £50,000 with additional benefits.

Basic Information

Industry: Manufacturing

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (some flexibility may be required)

Pay: Up to £50,000 DOE + call‑out paid at £40 per call (shared on a rota basis) + OT at 1.5× = earnings of £55,000 and upwards achievable

Holidays: 27 + 8 bank holidays

Pension: Company pays 5 % pension contribution

Working in a first‑class, modern, purpose‑built manufacturing facility, we now require an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production downtime
• Provide technical support on projects, installations and breakdowns
• Complete PPMs (Planned Preventive Maintenance)

Qualifications & Experience

• Time‑served, apprentice trained or above
• Previous experience in a maintenance‑focused role within a manufacturing/production environment or equivalent
• An electrical certification
