What We’re Looking For

• Extensive proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally within a modern manufacturing, processing or highly automated industrial environment.
• Strong multi‑skilled capabilities with advanced electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis and repair.
• Proficiency with PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen‑Bradley), SCADA, industrial control systems, pneumatics, hydraulics and robotic maintenance.
• A robust understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent practical experience).
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and a genuine passion for maintaining high‑performance systems.
