We’re hiring a Maintenance Engineer to join AMH Material Handling’s growing team in Swindon - supporting a brand-new automated logistics system that blends cutting‑edge AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) with traditional conveyor technology. As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customer’s automated systems operating at peak performance. You’ll be part of a small, skilled team, providing both planned and reactive maintenance across conveyors, AMRs, and automated handling systems within a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Location: Swindon (SN3)
Salary: Up to £52,000 (inclusive of shift allowance) + Overtime
Hours: 12‑hour shifts, working on a four on, four off rotation (days and nights)
This is a hands‑on, technically varied role where you’ll work with the latest automation technologies and gain exposure to some of the most advanced logistics engineering systems in the UK.
