We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias to join our startup team at a brand new automated facility in Coalville.

As a business we operate in over 40 countries already and are now rapidly expanding our UK based branch, with annual global turnover in excess of £150m, we are investing this in the UK market to deliver high quality, automated logistics solutions to clients.

We are now looking to fill the final gaps in our shift engineering team before plans to go live in early 2026.

You’ll join the business during the testing phase of our plant, with all the machinery already installed and commissioned, you’ll play a crucial role in the upkeep of this machinery such as conveyors, PLC, SCADA systems, lifts, shuttles, hoists, cranes and much more automated machinery.

Experience required
  • Must be qualified to a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a maintenance/engineering discipline
  • Multi skilled element to your work – Either bias
  • Engineers from all backgrounds including ex forces strongly encouraged to apply
