Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for a long-term Ministry of Justice contract in Redditch. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance to keep facilities safe and operational.

The role requires Level 2 electrical qualifications and 18th Edition compliance, with the ability to work independently or within the facilities team. A structured rota with weekend work and security clearance are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 electrical qualifications and be comfortable with electrical safety standards.
• Hold 18th Edition (or be willing to upskill to it) for compliance and safe operation.
• Experience in maintenance or similar environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across site.
• Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Undertake electrical testing in line with BS7671.
• Support safe, compliant and secure operations at all times.
• Work both independently and as part of the wider facilities team.
