Insight Executive are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a client in Lewisham, South East London. You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems within a healthcare environment, ensuring minimal disruption to staff and patients.

You should have relevant electrical qualifications, strong fault-finding skills and a track record in facilities maintenance. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £20–£25 and Monday to Friday working pattern.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Electrician.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of electrical safety standards and safe working practices.
• Experience in healthcare, commercial buildings or facilities maintenance is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical faults.
• Complete reactive maintenance and general electrical repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical safety regulations and health and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report any defects.
• Work professionally within a healthcare environment, minimising disruption to staff and patients.
