Maintenance Electrician

Location

Farnborough – commutable from: Headington, Thame, Kidlington, Witney, Carterton, Abingdon, Didcot, Aylesbury, Bicester, Faringdon & all surrounding areas

Salary & Benefits

£35,000 – £40,000 plus Overtime, Call‑out Bonus, Life Assurance, Enhanced Pension, Healthcare Cash Plan and Excellent Company Benefits

The Role

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Ongoing training and progression opportunities, including the chance to qualify as a Multiskilled Engineer and progress into senior and supervisory/managerial positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance and reactive repairs across the client site.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.
• Record maintenance activities and assist with reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve service level agreements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Apprentice trained or NVQ qualified Electrician.
• Maintenance experience.
