Contract: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
On of our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintnenance Electrician to join our team, supporting a mobile role.
As a proven LV Authorised Technician, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of all electrical systems. This role requires a proactive and highly organised individual with a strong background in Facilities Management, capable of managing their own workload and ensuring all work adheres to the highest safety standards.
Maintenance & Repairs: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical systems.
Fault Finding: Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently, delivering a high standard of customer service.
Safety & Compliance: Act as an LV Authorised Person, issuing permits and ensuring all work adheres to safe systems of work (SSoW).
Installations: Carry out minor electrical installations as required.
Monitoring: Proactively monitor plant and equipment to ensure efficiency and prevent downtime.
Administration: Maintain accurate records and documentation using a CAFM system.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
NVQ Level 3 Technical Certificate (or equivalent)
City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification
NET AM2 certificate
LV Authorised Person (AP) experience
Strong experience working within a Facilities Management (FM) environment
Prior supervisory experience
IT Literacy: Proficient in using a CAFM system and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Personal Attributes: Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
A full, clean UK driving licence
